Two versions of the same picture, and both are free with no account and no watermark. The first has no background at all, which is the one to send your artist — but a phone or computer photo viewer set to dark will show black strokes on dark grey and it can look like nothing downloaded. If that happens, use the second one: identical characters on a plain white background. Choose with careThere is no single character for panda. Any one-glyph version you are offered is not the animal, and word order matters: 貓熊 is Taiwan, 熊貓 is the mainland.
At small sizes12 and 14 strokes side by side. Two dense characters need real space; stacked vertically they hold up better than in a row.
Cultural noteThe order difference is a real and mildly loaded marker. To a Taiwanese reader 熊貓 looks mainland, and to a mainland reader 貓熊 looks Taiwanese.
