fearless
ㄨˊ ㄨㄟˋ wú wèi
Two versions of the same picture, and both are free with no account and no watermark. The first has no background at all, which is the one to send your artist — but a phone or computer photo viewer set to dark will show black strokes on dark grey and it can look like nothing downloaded. If that happens, use the second one: identical characters on a plain white background. Either way you get the characters on their own — the square and the faint guide lines you see above are not in the file. Each character is 1000px, so a two-character download is 2000×1000, and the script and layout are the ones you picked.

Layout
Rubbing mode: white on black, as a stone rubbing. The download is unaffected.
Without fear - which is not the same as brave, since bravery assumes fear and acts anyway. Chinese marks that difference clearly.
Before you commit
Choose with careNo single character means fearless. 無畏 is a negation, so if a design drops the 無 the remaining 畏 means fear - the exact opposite of what you meant.
At small sizesTwelve strokes then nine. Both are middling in density and sit well together; keep the gap between them clear.
Cultural note無畏 comes out of Buddhist vocabulary - 觀音 is called 施無畏者, and the raised open palm on Buddha statues is the 施無畏印. In everyday modern use it has gone secular, as in 大無畏 and 無畏無懼, and most readers will not think of the statue.
Meaning
Fearless; without fear.
Literally without fear, with a Buddhist ring - the gift of fearlessness.

What to do next
Pick the script and layout you want above, download the PNG, and send that file to your artist. Ask them to work from the file rather than redrawing the character freehand — that is where strokes go missing.
